Project Coordinator– Non-Financial Regulatory Reporting (NFRR) – Bank

Description Summary

Financial regulation for banks has increased dramatically over the past few years. This role is to work on the Non-Financial Regulatory Reporting (NFRR) remediation program, an initiative targeted to define and implement a consistent and efficient regulatory reporting processes with defined accountabilities for the entire end-to end process.

The project coordinators primary role will be the coordination of day to day support of program activities and assistance to individual project managers

Experience with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Project is preferred.

Role:
This role is to provide comprehensive coordination and administrative support for the implementation of NFRR Program, scheduling, managing internal and customer-focused meetings and communications, on-boarding new team members, assisting with data collection and analysis, and coordinating interaction between stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

• Attend project meetings, document action items and distribute to team members
• Managing agenda topics, meeting minutes, following up on action items.
• Assisting in the creation of presentations and status reports on project and program health
• Coordinating with Human Resources to schedule interviews with candidates, collating feedback in a timely manner
• Responsible for the end to end on-boarding of new joiners
• Daily management of calendars and scheduling for managers
• Assist in the management of Sharepoint and Confluence sites
• Create FAQ documents and training materials for team members
• General office management and business support: procurement, facilities, etc.

Qualifications

• Strong administrative skills with good attention to detail
• Strong writing and communication skills
• Knowledge of MS Excel and reporting tools
• Knowledge of MS PowerPoint
• Well organized and able to deal with a fast paced and changing environment
• Creative thinking and problem solving skills
• Excellent team communication across regions
• Able to establish and foster close working relationships with team members, stakeholders, and suppliers
• Ability to manage multiple deliverables and multi-task
