Supports Company's strategic vision to be Our Customers' First Choice by providing the best service each and every time to customers in helping them manage their inventory. Engage in activities that drive superior service, customer relationships and incremental revenue growth through the deployment and execution of our suite of solutions

Support sales partners drive incremental revenue by providing superior customer service and ensuring flawless execution of onsite service implementation, service delivery and other activities.

Understand the customer by establishing and maintaining strong relationships in order to effectively identify, analyze and address needs and service opportunities to then provide relevant solutions.

Collaborate with sales and branch partners to effectively support strategy, better know your customer and determine how Company can provide new solutions to meet their needs and/or expand Company services/offerings.

Provide ongoing customer support (including training and consulting) for existing services, as well as, new and emerging offerings as they are developed and deployed by Company.

Contribute to higher account growth penetration and customer loyalty by embedding Company processes with each customer.

Leverage CI thinking to identify productivity and efficiency improvements required to build consistency, effectiveness and scale within the services operations.
