Reporting to the Account Planning Manager, the Account Executive manages the day-to-day project management needs, leading the creative team to deliver upon the strategy through tactical campaigns and initiatives and serving as the primary point of contact for business partners at the project level. This position is tasked in ensuring the team is working most efficiently, and productively on business as usual initiatives across their specific business lines.

• Core point of contact for assigned business lines and link between the agency and business • Responsible for managing relationships and maintaining favorable contacts to ensure partners needs and requirements are met • Works closely with Account Coordinator to establish project timelines, and then owns responsibility of proactively managing and communicating expectations and/or implications with the business and creative teams • Thinks/plans strategically in business' best interests, helping the business lines define the role the agency can play in helping to meet business objectives • Responsible for understanding assigned business lines goals, priorities, communication strategies • Ensure that all agency team members are informed, clear on expectations and have proper resources to manage jobs & Collaborates with Consumer Insights, E-Business, Media, Creative and where necessary other Agency partners within the project management process.
