Job Details:
Under general supervision, the Customer Support Specialist works closely with our internal and external clients on the support of our products.
This involves the configuration and modification of applications using established guidelines.
HS Diploma 2+ years work experience in an office environment
Experience with MS Office Products
Professional phone presence and communication skills
Extremely Reliable, Hard Worker, Takes Initiative, & Outgoing.

Preferred Knowledge/Skills:
Business Degree / Technical Degree
Healthcare knowledge & experience is a plus
Proficient with computers, various software applications, & technology.
