Large Company has a Contract Opportunity in Phoenix, AZ

Assist with administrative tasks associated with the Employee Relations Advisory position. Reviewing documents for accuracy and following up on tasks not completed by business unit leaders. Assist employees retuning to work after being absent more than 10 days.

Assisting Employee Relations Advisors by reviewing routine corrective action documents for accuracy and logging them into the tracking system.
Contacting applicable leaders to inquire about missing corrective actions.
Ensuring corrective actions have been acknowledged by the employee and returned to Employee Relations.
Performing administrative tasks related to employee's returning from leave of absence.
File work place accommodations and general leave of absence paperwork.
Complete small projects as assigned. Zero hours report inquiries, simple audits etc.
Conduct ER's portion of new hire on-boarding which is a 15 min presentations on benefits plan options.
