Ideal person has a customer service background in financial services; fraud experience a plus.

Strong computer skills, can use Excel (don't have to be advanced).
Will create user access in fraud system.


Perform day-to-day administrative functions for the Fraud Management Department. Interact with customers and technical resources to process information in response to inquiries, requests and concerns related fraud related products and services.• Interact with customers and technical resources either by telephone or electronically• Respond promptly to customer inquiries• Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle customer inquires• Process orders, forms and application requests• Direct requests and unresolved inquiries to the designated resource• Manage customer accounts• Maintain records of customer interaction and actions taken from inception to completion
