Job description:
  • The CRM Marketing Coordinator assists the client and dealers with all aspects of lead conversion, runs the monthly lead conversion process, and assists the Retail CRM team with projects as required by the Retail CRM Manager.
  • The candidate will be talking to dealers on a daily basis. They must have excellent communication skills and be outgoing.
  • They must also be very organized, able to keep track of multiple tasks, work independently, and have excellent Microsoft office skills including Outlook, Excel, Word, and Powerpoint.
  • 40 hr/week
  • Assist dealers with lead conversion inquiries and lead dispute requests. Research all dispute requests, ensuring that only valid disputes are processed. Keep dealers of informed of the status of their requests.
  • Execute the multi-step monthly lead conversion processing, ensuring that all disputes are processed correctly, missing lead conversions are applied, and the dealers' Lead Conversion KPI on the balanced scorecard is updated correctly.
  • Monitor the CRM Support mailbox, ensuring timely response to dealer inquiries.
  • Assist dealers in resolving issues related to CRM integration, assisting with changes to the dealer's CRM tool, working with dealers and CRM partners to help troubleshoot issues.
  • Organize bi-annual Dealer e-business council, including planning for all council member travel, planning the venue, organizing all materials, and maintaining the Dealer eBusiness Council website.
  • Update dealer-facing content on the CRM Portal. Ensure that content is relevant. -Work with subject-matter experts to update content when necessary.
  • Manage delivery and expiration of CRM email templates with all client Group iSTAR CRM partners, ensuring that dealers have access to the latest templates needed to promote new programs, events, and launches.
