Bachelor Required

MINIMUM: - 6 years of work experience as a business or IT project or program manager - PMI Project Management Professional (PMP) certification - Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience - Experience with project management tools such as Microsoft Project or Primavera, and Enterprise Project Management applications (SAP, PPMC, etc.)

DESIRED: - Demonstrated ability to lead medium to high complexity projects - Thorough knowledge of projects and requirements from relevant client functional areas - Knowledge and application of change management tools and techniques - Demonstrated ability to manage team and personal dynamics to drive projects forward - Possess MS Office Suite skills (Excel, Word, Project, Visio) - Excellent oral and written communication skills - Demonstrated ability to prioritize and handle multiple assignments - Excellent analytical/problem resolution skills - Experience with professional service agreements - Experience managing all financials including budget planning and forecasting - Advanced understanding of project management methodologies - Experience with Enterprise Content Management, Information Management, and Records Management disciplines - Exercise independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance with broad scope and high complexity - Be able to think out of the box to creatively solve complex project challenges - Develop and maintain a productive working relationship with project sponsors, vendors and Clients

RESPONSIBILITIES: - Lead moderate to complex projects with a medium to high corporate or functional priority - Apply and adapt project management techniques: independently plan all associated work to meet project goals; obtain and define staffing requirements and form project teams; clearly define and communicate roles, responsibilities and expectations for all members of the project team; conduct project kick-off meetings, team meetings and status reviews; assess project progress while utilizing established standards and quality objectives; record, track and communicate issues, risks, changes, and status reports utilizing standard client tools; accurately and consistently forecast project resource, material, and contract costs utilizing standard client tools; develop and maintain up-to-date detailed project schedules; assess project performance and implement changes as necessary to ensure projects remain within specified cost, schedule, scope and quality objectives; communicate status of all projects to stakeholders and management; manage project scope within procedural guidelines; and prepare all project documentation for closure, storage, and possible auditing activities - Conduct site visits as necessary
