Large Company has a Contract Opporunity in Jersey City, NJ


Anticipated duration will be six months. Will be imaging, configuring, deploying laptops for JC location

VPN, McAfee Encryption experience is really a key area of experience

Office 365 experience and Windows

Customer service, end user support, communication skills will be very important in this role

Maintain a technical understanding of specific software applications, hardware configurations, and operating systems





Provides 1st & 2nd level Desktop Support and analysis to the end-user community across all sites
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills; consistently conveys competence and concern to end users
- Provide accurate, timely solutions to end-user computer and networking problems to ensure continuous end user productivity
- Strong ability to effectively multitask and to perform with a sense of urgency for rapid issue resolutions
- Maintain a technical understanding of specific software applications, hardware configurations, and operating systems
- Ability to image, configure and deploy laptops in a timely manner
- Keep abreast of new end user requirements including the integration of diverse end user application
- Assist 3rd level support staff on implementation/integrations of new or revised end user hardware and software with large-scale projects
- Provide support on moves and relocation's
- Evaluate new hardware and software for deployment
- Good understanding of Windows networking (DHCP, DNS, IP) Hand-on experience of Active Directly in a Windows 2008 environment
- At least 5 Years previous experience of supporting 100+ users in a Windows XP/7 environment
