Cash Management/Trade Finance Project Manager

Global Transaction Banking (GTB) division (a market leader across Europe) is rapidly growing across the Americas and Asia Pacific. Within GTB, the Cash Management Global Implementation Project Management team is responsible for the project management of the build and installation of Cash Management transactional tools for our corporate clients on a global level. Examples include account opening, simple and complex liquidity structures, foreign currency exchange tools, electronic banking tools, and the client interface of the same.

We are seeking an individual who can perform the project management duties within this team but, more importantly, someone with the skills to create and maintain statistical information (MI) to aid in the team reporting on project and financial-related information (as described in detail below).



- Management of large projects comprised of various internal and external bank, technical, legal and client groups globally
- Development and maintenance of detailed project plans
- Detailed tracking and reporting employing Project Management tools and discipline
- Maintain end to end responsibility for project resolution.
- Functional & technical understanding of numerous back-end systems
- Manage escalation & resolution of all issues
- Maintain knowledge of cash management products
- Development and distribution of project reporting to key stakeholders
- Significant client interaction (where applicable)


- Mine data from several source systems
- Speak articulately with technicians owning and working within those systems
- Aggregate and analyze that data, being able to adeptly decipher trends and anomalies
- Develop both complex and simple but meaningful reports on that data, and
- Present findings to a management team using non-technical and easily understood language, both orally and in writing.
