The APeX Training Coordinator is responsible for planning, managing and conducting APeX and other related Medical Center system training for end-users. The responsibilities include coordinating and developing APeX training schedules to meeting incoming new employee, refresher, optimization, skill enhancement and upgrade training.  In addition, the incumbent will create, manage, market and communicate the training schedule and associated resources. The incumbent will work directly with the SumTotal Learning Services Management System (LMS) which houses and reports records of all APeX Training.  The LMS is a technical and complex system which requires the incumbent to have complete understanding of use and reporting capabilities. This work impacts the entire Medical Center and failure to understand or use the system correctly has a wide range of implications affecting Client's ability to document training properly and subjecting to risk in provisioning of access to the electronic health record. 

·Minimum 3 years as a training coordinator 
·Experience using Learning Management Systems
·Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills
·Strong planning and implementation skills
·Successful experience in collaborating, supporting, and maintaining excellent relationships with client departments and senior leadership
·Healthcare Experience or Event planning experience
·Excellent logic, verbal and systems thinking skills
