Customer Service Representative/Data Entry

Data Entry contractor (Entry Level) to assist with • Purchase / Change Order Creation • Assist with Invoice reconciliation issues • Getting contracts signed and submitting for upload to central repository • Assisting various Finance teams

The Customer Service Rep responds to routine and complex customer e-mail, phone, and on-line (PINS) inquiries related to the comprehensive suite of operations products and services.
Processes and responds to routine as well as complex inquiries received via e-mail, PINS and phone calls. Resolves inquiries within established goals, standards and benchmarks to ensure quality service is provided to customers. Demonstrates ownership of customer issues to ensure they are resolved in a timely manner and are within the parameters of department performance benchmarks. Responsible for independent and autonomous decision-making to ensure timely and accurate resolution of customer problems. Escalates issues accordingly to ensure service levels are met. Inputs information into Service Center to collect data for performance reporting and analysis. Interacts with paying agents, DDAs and other external third parties to obtain the information necessary to resolve inquiries. Educates customers when information is readily available on systems and communicates training opportunities to Customer Training & Information Products Group. Recommends changes to business processes to improve CHC performance. Promotes self-help opportunities to customers to improve efficiencies Provides back-up coverage to the Call Center when necessary. Evaluates and prioritizes payment discrepancies for review. Ensures timely identification and processing of announcement changes and missed calls. Identifies trends in underpayments and acts to reduce occurrences. Responsible for supporting the department in adherence to AML/BSA policies and procedures as set-forth by various regulatory bodies.
