Large Company has a Contract Opportunity in Pleasanton, CA


    • Management of Health and Welfare annual open enrollment including testing and communication development
    • Implementation of a new vendor
    • Project Management
    • Strong Analytical and PC skills including Word, Advanced Excel (e.g., Pivot Tables) and Power Point
    • 5 - 10 years of experience with benefit administration and vendor management
    • Work experience with companies similar to the size of Client (1000- 10,000 ees)
    • Experience working with a third party Benefit Administrator
    • Experience defining file specs
    • Able to lead testing (creating comprehensive test plans and validation of test results)
    • Significant knowledge of benefit compliance and regulations, including ACA Reporting
    • Excellent communication skills (verbal, written and listening)
    • Ensuring data integrity through testing and audits (able to create and execute test plans and validation of test results)
    • CEB Certification a plus
