Location: Fort Worth, Texas
Provide professional and efficient customer service to Alcon customers, consumers, sales force and internal Alcon departments by processing incoming orders, inquiries and other transactions.
Inventory management activities for optimal order processing.
Perform order management activities including purchase order processing via FAX, and price match resolution.
Perform product management activities including participating in post market action, and having knowledge of the pharmaceutical, over–the–counter, and surgical product lines.
Business operating hours support 7am to 7pm. 8 hour shifts may vary to support continental US time zones.

Typing proficiency and accuracy, and attention to detail required.
