Overview

On-Board PMO, Incorporated is an on-site contract service provider for a local manufacturing entity. Must be able to function in a High Performance Work System. This position consists of working in the Warehouse area but must be able to fulfill other rolls as needed by the business.

Our ideal candidate is experienced in all facets of production (pre-mixing and material loading for batches, filling product into shipping containers, distribution, testing, sampling, and cleaning) to learn these essential duties of the position.

*Types of equipment include but are not limited to; labeler, filler machines, air pumps, high speed dispersers, air mixers, and weight scales within the department. Solve routine problems associated with job responsibilities. Ensures the highest product quality possible while adhering to all safety, environmental and work rules.*

Responsibilities
  • Prioritize safety and safety procedure
  • Blend product batch to highest quality
  • Learn how to fill-off batches and fill batches
  • Record batch adjustments
  • Maintain a clean work space, housekeeping, and waste generation
  • Follow production instructions as they relate to filter/straining requirements, container requirements, agitation of material requirements and labeling requirements
  • Select approved batches to be filled by ship date or supervisors' instructions
  • Set up equipment per instructed protocol and operate filling equipment
  • Operation of forklift, pallet jack, or similar to move potentially hazardous materials as needed.

Qualifications
  • High School Diploma/GED
  • Basic computer, math, and mechanical aptitude
  • Successful completion of background check, physical and drug screening is required
  • Ability to be licensed to operate fork trucks
  • Ability to operate PLC
  • Work in a team driven environment
  • Must be able to read and follow, weight fractions of ounces, and measure accurately by gallons, pints and ounces
  • Comfortable with regular lifting and use of PPE
