Qualifications:
• The Sr. Financial Analyst – Retail Sector is a key member of the Finance Team who interacts with all major functional groups within US Diversey Care (Sales, Marketing, Finance, Value Chain, Customer Service, and HR) and reports into the Finance organization. Analysis from this position will regularly reach the President of North America as well as the North American Leadership team. Knowledge of our customers/distributors, products, and support programs are key to providing timely and accurate analysis and reporting results.
• 3-5 years of similar work experience.
• Strong working knowledge in Excel, including advanced formulas & pivot tables.
• Excellent quantitative & analytical skills, with attention to detail to ensure data accuracy and integrity
• Inquisitive – looking for particularities in data to bring out insights
• Time management – prioritizing and organizing multiple analysis requests
• Strong team player
• Required- Bachelor Degree in Business, Finance or Accounting is required.
• Preferred-MBA 

Responsibilities: 
• Become an expert on the Retail Sector, including an understanding of top customers and systems/products.
• Positively impact financial results by providing Retail Sales Leadership with greater visibility of profit drivers, identifying bleeders, and customer programs with decreasing profitability.
• Provide pricing review on existing deals with a focus on increasing margin improvement.
• Manage all Retail End User programs
• Sales Reporting- working with sales and sales analytics team to ensure reporting is correct each month. Reporting includes Retail sales analysis, Global Retail end user account reporting and internal sales achievement. Gaps identified/visible to sales.
• Become an expert on how Diversey goes to market and targets end users (sectors) through strong partnership with distribution (channel).
• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to complete financial analysis for profitable new deals. • Assisting with the financial support of RFPs or RFQs.
• Participa te in Monthly/Quarterly Sector Sales Leadership Team meetings to become effective communicator about customer performance, profitability, cost management and business trends.
• Forecasting- Working with Sector Sales Leadership Team to obtain/update forecast each month. Track against current results.
• Work with FP&A team to record results/provide commentary on results 

Pay Rate: $30 - $35 per hour
