Business Operations Analyst - 3 month contract role. 

Rate of pay $52.00/hour.

Responsibilities: 
  • Assist with weekly and monthly internal and external reporting requirements, including learning and documenting processes and procedures.
  • Assist with development of presentations, reports and other daily activities to support account initiatives.
  • SET Meeting Placemats Quarterly Account summaries Quarterly Business Review Presentation materials KPI Reports Cost Saving and Value Initiative Documentation and Tracking.
  • Maintenance of Internal SharePoint site.
  • Implementation of account based surveys.
  • Assist with coordination and staging of all account-wide meetings.
  • Coordinate Awards and Recognition programs.
  • Maintenance of all team distribution lists that are used for internal and external communications.
  • Provide administrative and organizational assistance to Alliance Director as needed.
  • Other duties as may be assigned.
Qualifications: 
  • This position will have involvement with a variety of account level tactical initiatives and work closely with the senior leadership team and as such the individual selected will be responsible for fostering a collaborative working environment.

  • Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) from four-year college or university and exhibited aptitude of leadership, creativity, independent problem solving and solutions development. Real estate experience is a plus but it not required.
  • Ability to think strategically and comprehend, analyze, and interpret complex business documents such as business periodicals, financial reports, technical and professional journals, legal documents and governmental regulations.
  • Ability to write and/or edit reports, business correspondence and procedure manuals using distinctive style.
  • Ability to make effective and persuasive presentations on complex topics to employees, clients and ultimately top management and or/public groups.
  • Ability to effectively articulate corporate philosophies and standards.
  • Ability to motivate and negotiate effectively with employees and client groups to take desired action.
  • Ability to effectively tell a story using printed material. 
  • Requires working knowledge of financial terms and principles and ability to learn and apply them.
  • Ability to solve problems and deal with a variety of options in complex situations. Requires strong analytical and quantitative skills. Draws upon others skills and makes recommendations that have a direct impact to the client and account team.

  • Advanced skills with Microsoft Office Suite Intermediate to advanced skills in SharePoint Advance use of Photoshop or other similar technology.
  • Experience in creating and managing printed communications (knowledge of design and printing processes).
  • Experience managing web sites/content and understanding of web development process.
