Schedule: Monday to Friday from 8AM to 5 PM
Location: Wilmington, DE 19711
Duration- 12 Months

Job Responsibilities:
  • Schedule and manage the execution of material deliveries against existing contracts or purchase orders
  • Execute the plans for non-productive materials for disposition
  • Participate in daily/weekly planning meetings
  • Travel to plant locations to complete full physical inventory audits
  • Communicate with master scheduling regarding supply problems and resolutions
  • Work with suppliers to ensure timely deliveries
  • Posting production and receipt of materials
  • Maintain master data in SAP
  • Monthly inventory reconciliation in SAP Invoice reconciliation
  • Provide back-up to other material planners

Qualifications Needed
Accountable for formal planning and execution of all tactical level processes required to secure and manage raw materials, packaging materials and semi-finished materials based on a forward looking production plan. This includes scheduling and managing delivery, material movements, and inventory reconciliation to ensure continued support of the master schedule.
