Gathers, analyzes and organizes information, legal pleadings, discovery and other documents pertaining to litigation files for Trial Attorneys. Prepares draft pleadings and discovery documents for the trial attorneys' review. Handles litigation files as directed. Maintains electronic legal research software and law library.

1. Insurance defense litigation experience preferred.
2. PC literate with working knowledge of Windows software and a through knowledge of computerized legal research software.
3. Experience in Case management.
4. Research skills.
5. Drafting skills.

Technical Insurance Skills:Claims Skills-TIN 550-H1-Litigation Management-Knowledge of substantive and procedural law and ability to apply that knowledge to legal negotiation and formal litigation.
