Hiring a Contract Facilities Operations Support
Duration: 2 months
Client Location:  Englewood, CO
Work Schedule:  Monday - Friday / 40 Hours Weekly
Pay Rate:  $17 Hourly 
This position acts in an administrative, clerical or para-professional support role. The incumbent performs a variety of detailed tasks, and ongoing assignments; uses knowledge of defined procedures tevaluate situations and select correct solution; and adapts processes and procedures as necessary tmeet objectives. Under limited supervision, performs advanced skills required toperate business equipment associated with mailroom and telephone/reception area or other facilities related tasks. Typical duties include: serves as receptionist/telephone operator, prepares and processes mail, purchases office supplies, photocopies assignments, responds tcalls for facilities problems, vendor contact, and participation in budgeting and cost management. Advanced skills required toperate business equipment associated with mailroom, copy center, security systems, and telephone/reception areas. Advanced knowledge of Windows environment required.

Quals--
 High School Diploma/GED required. 5 to 8 years experience preferred. Applicants should have experience in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel; Applicants should also have exceptional organization and communications skills, and the ability twork on multiple tasks. Proven exceptional Customer Service skills needed. High School degree or GED is required; Bachelors degree is an asset
