(Experience working in media, broadcasting, & entertainment preferred)

Duration: 12 Months
Client Location: NYC, NY 10020
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm
Pay Rate: up to $21.80 per hour
Benefits: ACA Compliant Medical Insurance Position
Screenings: Candidates cannot begin an assignment without successful drug and background clearances
 Preferred: Must have 5+ years of experience working in Media/Entertainment)

  • Coordinate daily calendar as needed - Schedule meetings and events with required essentials (tech support, international coordination, catering, reservations, etc.)
  • Identify work priorities and requirements up-front and make timely decisions
  • Be able to consistently provide timely responses while managing against deadlines
  • Anticipate needs and requests based on familiarity with preferences and understand and confirmation of key scheduling and event priorities
  • Act as key liaison with other EA's and collaborate extensively with the EA to the EVP of Insights and Measurement
  • Manage domestic and international travel, including international flights, accommodations, visas and ground transportation
  • Manage and process expense reports in a timely fashion
  • Manage with exceptional courtesy all phone calls and emails as directed
  • Be resourceful in creating necessary internal and external liaisons to manage business needs  
  • The right candidate will have a can-do attitude, is a natural problem solver, and has a strong a desire to learn.
  • Must be extremely organized, proactive and detail-oriented. Both an administrative and project management expert that can interact and liaise successfully with all levels of management.
  • Quick learner who thrives in fast paced environment, is flexible, collaborative, proactive, deadline driven and skilled at using sound judgment to manage through scheduling conflicts and unanticipated events
  • Exceptional communication skills and experience managing for multiple executives
  • Strong experience and competency using office management, travel and expense systems as well as MS office
  • Excellent organizational skills with an ability to think proactively and prioritize work.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and a high volume of work in an accurate and timely manner.
  • Experience exercising discretion and confidentiality with sensitive company information.
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Familiarity with online calendars and cloud systems.
  • Experience utilizing and troubleshooting office equipment, printers, etc.
  • At least five years of relevant experience, preferably at a fast-paced media or tech company but open to candidates with limited experience but who are ambitious and eager to learn - Familiarity and interest in Media (Television, Research, Strategy, Digital, Social, etc.)
