Position: SAP Sales Support Analyst (Digital,Salesforce, SAP experience required)
Duration: 12 Month Assignment
Client Location: Fortune 500 Client in Glen Mills, Pennsylvania 19342 
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM

  • Responsible for managing the master data eCommerce platform. They will ensure high data quality for the 40,000+  and third party manufactured products available for order through the  PBE Exchange.
  • Responsible for the timely onboarding of new customers into eCommerce platform.
  • The successful candidate will provide front line support to key accounts and distributors and play an instrumental role to implement and grow the eCommerce program.

Duties and responsibilities:
  • Establish and implement policies and procedures to enforce data guidelines.
  • Create and nurture relationships with distributor and customer contacts to ensure high data quality and limit risk of business process interruptions.
  • Create, analyze, consolidate and review  and third party product data for accuracy.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual reports for distributors and customers.
  • Onboard new customers in to the  PBE Exchange.
  • Manage custom catalogs and contract pricing for key accounts.
  • Provide front line support to key accounts and distributors and engage internal resources where appropriate resolve issues.
  • Define, obtain consensus and lead implementation of enhancements to AIM Database in support of  PBE Exchange.
  • Perform application testing to validate enhancements and break fixes.
  • Bachelor's degree
  • General understanding of the automotive aftermarket
  • Possess SAP experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel
  • Possess experience
  • Be an effective problem solver with strong analytical skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Demonstrate the ability to work with a high degree of accuracy
