Schedule: 7:30AM - 4:00PM, Monday - Friday

Screenings: Background and drug screening prior to start date

Responsibilities:
  • Bilingual English/Spanish call center position answering Heavy phones
  • Under general supervision, performs customer service and clerical functions including word processing or typing of letters, sorting mail. and filing
  • Uses business applications software including Excel.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Call Center Experience or Heavy phone experience answering a busy phone queue and One to two years of clerical experience.
  • Must be a qualified typist (45-60 wpm).
  • Must have knowledge of business application software including spreadsheets and databases.
  • Knowledge of basic math and the ability to operate a calculator is required.
  • Must be able to operate a computer and peripheral equipment for word processing.
  • Candidate must be bilingual
  • FLUENT English/Spanish.
