Purpose of Position
The Global Talent Booking Coordinator will help support the department in all daily functions. This role will provide a strong understanding of the corporate structure, including great familiarity with the company’s brands, priorities, executives & PR/marketing/booking contacts across those brands. It will provide exposure to cross company priorities and its role within our company culture.
  • Administrative support for SVP and Chair  
  • Aid in the creation of publicity proposals and talent schedules for various upcoming projects for internal and external partners (film studios, record labels, book publishers, etc.); includes the need for general research, and support on coordination and logistics.
  • Maintain reference documents regarding upcoming opportunities for pitches and monitor press around current, open projects/proposals.
  • Develop and maintain the premiere calendar – captures all film & TV premiere dates plus key openings/announcements and industry/competitive events.
  • Assist in planning quarterly cross company meetings for company executives and top marketers.
  • Build decks for select meetings/proposals/presentations.

  • Familiarity with media landscape and general entertainment industry knowledge/interest
  • Strong problem solving skills; ability to be resourceful and proactive independently as needed – but also a collaborator and creative thinker
  • Computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
