Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Create all required labels for assigned products to meet production demands while maintaining high levels of efficiency.
  • Ability to use MS Office tools to effective complete daily tasks.
  • Prepare completed process order packages for scanning, scan process order packages, confirm the documents have been scanned correctly, re-name the scanned document file using a standard configuration and file the completed package per the established work instruction.
  • Proactively communicates with customer service regarding any missing or incorrect labeling instructions.
  • Compose emails that accurately describe issues encountered during the completion of the assigned responsibilities.
  • Data entry, verification and analysis of data when preparing spreadsheets for distribution or presentation to your peers.
  • Perform SAP and Logos Imotic transactions including but not limited to process order label generation.
  • Manage priorities to ensure production demands are met.
  • Effectively interface and build working relationships with all customers, especially Customer Service, Production, and Quality Control to achieve customer satisfaction.  
  • Effectively work in a team environment.
  • Conduct daily activities in accordance with the Safety, Health and Environmental policy. and/or documented Quality Procedures.
  • Comply with any necessary overtime requirements, based on business needs.
  • Demonstrate outstanding attendance and punctuality.
  • Perform 5S tasks as assigned.
  • Attend and participate in weekly planning Gemba status meetings.
  • Other duties as assigned.
 
 
Job Qualifications:
  • 1-2 years of experience in a similar Admin. position.
  • Must possess good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Programs including Word, Outlook and Excel; Lotus Notes a plus
  • SAP experience highly desirable.
  • Effective organization skills and the ability to prioritize and multi-task essential.
  • Must be flexible to handle multiple tasks and able to respond to changing priorities quickly and positively.
  • Must maintain high level of energy and professionalism on the job.
  • Dependability, flexibility and strong work ethic is a must.
  • Associate degree highly desirable. Relevant experience considered in lieu of degree.
