Hiring a Contract Dispensing Operator
***Possible temp to perm position***

It is the dispensing operator's responsibility to ensure that all cGMP materials dispensed (for example API, Excipients, & Packaging & Printing Components) are properly inspected, accounted, stored and recorded as per cGMP requirements.

Dispensing Operator's responsibility includes:
  • Clean the dispensing room after the completion of dispensing as per SOP.
  • Set up the dispensing room as per Sop's, and as per specifications in Production Batch Record.
  • Document all set up and cleaning in the log book and other pertinent paperwork
  • To dispense the required approved raw material/packaging material from the warehouse as per SOP and Production Batch Record.
  • Check information of approved raw material/packaging material as per SOP and Production Batch Record.
  • Issue the raw material/packaging material as per Production Batch Record and record the issuance information in Production Batch Record, inventory card and other pertinent paperwork.
  • Enforce FIFO (First in First Out) on all material withdrawal.
  • Check expiry and retest date of all material before dispensing.
  • Store raw material and packaging material at qualified location in the warehouse after dispensing of the material.
  • Ensure orderliness and cleanliness of warehouse flooring and storage locations.
  • Perform daily calibration of floor scale to ensure that the scale is providing accurate information.
  • Check and perform daily inspection of electric forklifts and electric hand trucks.
  • Keep the staging area and dispensing room clean during the operation.
  • Make sure all paperwork is complete and accurate throughout and after dispensing.
  • Perform any and all additional tasks related to the warehouse department as requested.
  • Follow company policies, safety procedures, cGMP's and Standard Operating Procedures.
  • Physical Work Activities and Exposure:
    • Work is regularly performed inside in a manufacturing environment.
    • Exposure to dust, odor, noise, and fumes.
    • The noise level is usually moderate.
    • Must frequently lift and/or move up to 50 kg and occasionally lift and/or move up to 75 kg.
    • Frequent standing, talking, or hearing.
    • Use hands to finger, handle, feel, or operate objects or controls.
    • Walk short distances.
  • 1 Year Pharma experience
  • Familiar with cGMP enviornments
  • To perform the dispensing activities as per Production Batch Record.
  • To perform Major and Minor cleaning and set up according to Standard Operation Procedure (SOP) of the dispensing room.
  • To calibrate the balances and scales according to SOP's and to perform the documentation.
  • To keep the department neat and clean.
  • Perform any and all additional tasks relating to the operation of the manufacturing department as requested.
  • Perform other duties as assigned
