The Job Summary:
  • Assist in the production of a drug coating onto a medical device. The candidate is responsible for a wide spectrum of manufacturing functions.
  • The candidate will need to be a self-starter, highly organized, hands-on, and detail oriented.
The Basics:
  • Set up and control precision equipment to include: preparation of coating solutions, fluid dispensing, labeling, packaging, and heat-sealing equipment
  • Build medical devices according to work instructions.
  • Follow work instructions and standard operating procedures.
  • Log accurate batch documentation in GMP environment
  • Clean and maintain equipment per Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s) and Work Instructions (WI).
  • Assist in inventory control
The MUST Haves:
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required,
  • Experience: 1- 3 years of industrial experience in medical device or other regulated FDA/QSR and ISO environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to execute standard operating procedures reliably and with consistent outcomes.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Employee must be able to wear personal protective equipment.
These Skills Would be Great!
  • Associate degree is preferred.
  • Experience in drug coating, active pharmaceutical ingredient handling, and working in controlled environment.
  •  Motivated and energetic team player – enjoys working in a dynamic team environment
