Serves as the primary contact to all employees/former employees and retirees on payroll, benefit and other Human Resources transaction and policy related questions. Handles customer service inquires and problems in order to provide an effective customer service and clear advice to customers.
• Handles one or more complex processes including exit processing, new hires, Qualified Domestic Relations Orders, Qualified Medical Child Support Orders, death claims, etc.
 • Interacts with one or more vendors in response to employee issues.
• Records consistent problem area
• Provide general clerical services to internal customers in the processing of Human Resources transactions to provide an effective customer service and clear advice to customers.
• Researches and resolves Human Resources transaction and policy related problems in a timely manner to support the achievement of customer service standards.
• Monitor Human Resources Services processes in order to identify opportunities for improvement.
 • Access various Human Resources systems to process data and analyze this to facilitate decision making and provide an effective customer service delivery.
 • Identify and comply with the main principles relevant to legal and regulatory controls that govern standard work practices within Human Resources Service.
QUICK LEARNERS REQUIRED!! Those who can acclimate to the topics presented and respond accordingly. This role requires access to many systems which are utilized all day long. Understanding how to use the systems is critical to being successful at finding the topics to respond to calls/emails. Representatives are tasked with working very efficiently as the number of inquiries is very high and our response time is very quick. Strong collaboration skills in a fast paced team environment.


MUST be able to navigate around the various systems/applications interchangeably for the duration of the shift.

MUST have strong typing/data entry skills with strong accuracy and quality.

MUST be able to learn/retain knowledge. Training is provided, however, there is little room for error in this role.

MUST be able to work efficiently. Candidate will be assigned multiple cases at once which require attention to detail and organization.

In addition, Any new hire onboarding experience with processing into payroll or I9 compliance is preferred.
