Pay Rate- $21.00-24.00/hourly
• Create a warm and positive first impression when welcoming and greeting visitors
 • Answering phones and routing incoming calls
 • Maintaining/updating facility access system • Responsible for incoming and outgoing mail including courier items
 • Prepare meeting rooms and coordinate catering needs for meetings including set-up and clean-up
 • Coordinating with external vendors for services such as document storage, office cleaning, vending machine replenishment and waste removal
 • Maintain and replenish office supply inventory for both the Mississauga office and Warehouse facility
 • Additional duties may be assigned, as required

• Prior experience in an administrative role with strong sense of customer orientation

 • Excellent communications skills and professional demeanor
 • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (MS Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint)
• Ability to multi-task • Demonstrated attention to detail
