Duration: 2 Month Assignment 
Client Location: Fortune 500 Client in Ithaca, MI 48847
Work Schedule: Work schedule is Monday to Sunday, 8 AM to 5 PM

Screenings: Candidates cannot begin an assignment without successful drug and background clearances

Purpose of Role:
Assist with  hand harvesting and bagging ear corn, loading/unloading dryer bins. Also includes, but not limited to, hand/machine seed counting, organizing planting packets into field arrangement and preparing shipments. This work requires the ability to follow instructions, capability to operate computers along with willingness and the ability to work outside in varying weather conditions

  • General Labor Organizational, communication and computer skills
  • Assigned to any of the harvest positions as necessary to continue operations in absence of other workers for illness, vacation etc
  • The floater position may lend support during busy times and should be prepared to switch tasks as needed to support the seasonal business need of the organization
