Pay Rate: $12-14/ hr. based on experience.

Shift: 2nd Shift (4pm - 2:30am) OT offered
Job Summary:
  • Works on production assignments that are moderately complex in nature.
  • Uses independent judgment to plan, perform, make decisions, troubleshoot and problem solve in areas on set up, operation and processes.
  • Analyzes and evaluates charts, and follows testing and inspection procedures.
  • Maintains accurate records and logs in accordance with FDA (Food and Drug Administration), GMPs (Good Manufacturing Practices) and ISO9000 (International Organization for Standardization).
The Basics:
  • Effectively works in a team setting, supporting team goals and objectives.
  • Make effective decisions relative to position requirements.
    Maintains a neat, organized and clean work area.
  • Works and coordinates with other shifts to maintain sufficient and correct amount of sterilized equipment and proper condition of work area.
  • Uses judgment to plan, perform and make decisions concerning set-up operations and processes.
  • Follows safety rules and regulations per company policies.
The Must Haves:
- GMP Processing
- Food Environment/ Handling a +
- 12 months manufacturing experience (will consider 6 months)
- Steel Toed Shoes are REQUIRED
  • Must be able to focus continuous attention to detail operations requiring some diversification approach to fairly routine processes
  • High school diploma or equivalent. 
  • 6 months Production/ Manufacturing experience
  • Mechanical aptitude needed to control machine operations including minor equipment repairs and identifying and resolving equipment problems.
  • Must be able to maintain neat, accurate and complete records and logs and use calibration equipment and machine operations.
    Must follow instructions and work within routine, standard practices, making decisions as required.
  • Basic proficiency with computers and Windows is required.
  • Must be able to read, write, analyze/evaluate charts, follow simple diagrams, and follow testing and inspection procedures.
  • Must be able to lift/move 5-25lb over 70% of the time.
  • Stand for long periods of time.
