Hiring a Contract Medical Training Specialist
Duration:  1 YEAR
Client Location:  Waltham, MA
Work Schedule:  40 Hours Weekly
Pay Rate:  Based on experience
Benefits: ACA Compliant Medical Insurance
Utilizing their organizational skills and scientific expertise, this position develops medical training materials and manages logistics for face-to-face and virtual training programs.
  • Develop scientific training resources including slide decks, eLearning modules, and workshop materials (50%)
  • Manage logistics for onsite training programs including scheduling, managing printing of materials and onsite logistics (25%)
  • Facilitate the submission of training materials to mPRC and cPRC (25%)
  • Ability to manage multiple, competing projects
  • Ability to communicate complex scientific information to a variety of audiences
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to collaborate across various business functions
  • Organized and pays attention to detail
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Master’s degree in science (preferred)
  • Experience communicating scientific information verbally and in writing
  • Preferred: Pharmaceutical industry experience, training experience
