On-Board Services, a Family-Owned U.S. Based Professional Staffing and Search Firm, is assisting one of the largest chemical companies with a search for Production Technician.

Duration: 4 Month Assignment 
Client Location: Fortune 500 Client in Madison, WI 53716
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM
Benefits: ACA Compliant Medical Insurance
Screenings: Candidates cannot begin an assignment without successful drug and background clearances


Purpose of Role:
Assist with production processes and procedures to provide production support.



Responsibilities:
The essential functions of this position include, but are not limited to, the following:

•    Ensure adherence to all quality systems including, but not limited to, ISO 9001 and Food Safety with an understanding Quality Policy and procedures. 
•    Comply with all Company policies including, but not limited to, Quality, Safety, Food Safety, Environmental, GMP's, HAACP, and Attendance.
•    Responsible for safe execution of Culture Plant Preventive
•    Maintenance tasks as scheduled by the Culture Plant Lead operator 
•    Responsible for plant sanitation and documentation as directed by the Culture Plant Lead operator 3 Process Support.
•    Responsible for leading audit-readiness throughout the Culture Plant in terms of facility appearance, 5S and upkeep. 
•    Responsible for timely execution of Culture Plant pre-weigh activities including weigh-up, documentation and cleaning as scheduled by the Culture Plant Lead operator  
•    Responsible for execution of additional tasks as designated by the Culture Plant Lead operator 

Qualifications:
•    Experience working in Manufacturing, Production, or Warehouse Environment
•    Ability to be effective in a rapidly growing, dynamic and often changing environment
