Contract Assignment in Oak Creek, Wi

Pay Rate 14.00-14.25/hourly

*Candidates cannot begin assignment until drug and background screenings have been successfully completed.*

All 3 shifts available

1st- Monday-Friday 5:45am-2:15pm

2nd Monday- Friday 1:45pm-10:15pm

3rd- Sunday – Thursday 10pm-6:00am



Qualifications:

 

 High school diploma or General Education Degree (GED) Speak, read & understand English fluently is minimum requirement. Problem solving ability and critical thinking skills required.

Physical Requirements Must sit and stand alternately. Seeing, grasping, handling, typing, hearing, and speaking necessary. Must be able to routinely lift up to 50 lbs. and move more than 100 lbs. Ability to work in a chemical lab and manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate should possess the following: · Attention to verbal and written detail · Good math skills · Forklift experience · CDL license a plus.

Responsibilities:
BLENDER:

Complete compliance and improvement of all aspects of HSE.

 Follow the instructions of the production supervisor / shift leader Possess a working knowledge of all the major equipment within the department.

 Possess complete knowledge of the following software within the department: SAP, Microsoft Excel, Kettle, Weighing, Microsoft Access, Labeling Adequately complete the daily work assignments. Complete understanding of the standard manufacturing practices within the area

Record pertinent production data as required

 Become certified to run all in process quality checks within the department

Maintain the housekeeping of working area

Fill out the appropriate paperwork within the department

Process orders, PML's / Logs Possess complete knowledge of the pre-weigh operation so that correct weights are made for the blending operation.

 Able to operate all scales within the blending operation

Complete all other duties as assigned.

 

2) UTILITY ASSOCIATE:

 Key Job Responsibilities:

1. Clean & maintain totes & magna drums

2. Put totes & magna drums away in specified locations

3. Drive forklift

 4. Keep work area clean & comply with 5S requirements

 5. Assist Setup associates as needed. The ideal candidate should possess the following: *Forklift experience *Attention to verbal and written detail.

 

3) SET UP ASSOCIATE:

The Set-Up person is responsible for making the raw material set-ups for manufacturing per the set-up schedule.

The Set-Up person may also be required to help with receiving, storage, and paperwork of raw materials & finished goods at the Warehouse.

This position requires continual lifting of 50 pound bags.

Key Job Responsibilities:

1. Make raw material set-ups as scheduled. Attach set-up sheets to set-up.

2. Put set-ups in specified location.

 3. Unload and put away finished goods.

4. Drive forklift. 5. Keep work are clean & comply with 5S requirements

. 6. Help Shipping & Receiving as needed.
