Pay Rate: $23.32/hour

  • Primary responsibilities will be to provide administrative support for manager, program managers, engineers, and other section staff.
  • Advanced support for program managers will include: tracking contractor/vendor resources, maintaining appropriate electronic/physical access, on-boarding new contractors, scheduling meetings, reserving conference rooms, coordinating training, and reviewing/tracking of timesheets and other documentation as required.
  • Additional section support will include: coordinating meetings, scheduling conference rooms, ordering catering, processing expense reimbursements, making travel arrangements, reviewing vendor invoices and setting up vendor payments, processing telecom/facilities/maintenance/IT/other requests, coordinating special events such as team building/retirements, ordering supplies, maintaining/creating files/records/documentation, updating databases, assisting in maintaining break room organization, and performing various other equivalent and lower grade functions.
  • Work will primarily be independent under limited supervision and many times with a sense of urgency.
  • Previous administrative experience is required.
  • College courses or vocational training desired.
  • Must type 50 wpm and perform transcription.
  • Must be able to operate a computer and peripheral equipment.
  • Intermediate to Advanced experience in Acrobat, Excel, Word, Outlook in PowerPoint is required Business application software including spreadsheets, database and word processing skills is required.
  • Must possess intermediate math skills and be able to operate a calculator.
  • Excellent oral and written skills required.
  • Experience with expense reports
