Qualifications:
The Manager’s knowledge, skill and abilities should demonstrate the following requirements:

• Must have passion for the quickly-evolving social media environment with exceptional, demonstrated understanding of social media and the digital landscape.

 • A passion for beauty and the professional beauty industry.

 • Proven track record leading strategic influencer campaigns with measurable ROI.

• Strategic and creative mindset.

• Experience developing and implementing integrated digital campaigns;

• Outstanding research, analytical and social management skills using tools such as, Dash Hudson, Sprinklr, etc • Superior communication, organizational, and project management skills;

 • Proven ability to independently manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment;

• Ability to work effectively and proactively within a team setting;

 • Experience with social listening and analytics platforms (Brandwatch, Sideqik,Hootsuite or similar).

• Experience with Microsoft Office suite, with emphasis on Microsoft PowerPoint & Excel.

 Education: BA/BS; with MA or MBA preferred Experience: Minimum of 5- 7 years of experience

Travel: Occasional international and domestic travel

Responsibilities

• Creating Social media strategy, social media implementation, social media monitoring

. • Lead and manage multiple assignments to develop digital and social media strategies. Hold ultimate accountability for the recommended strategies.

 • Using reporting and analytics tools to identify the strengths and weaknesses of our social media then use that information to improve future posts and campaigns, and strategies to support key marketing, sales and education priorities.

 • Developing and executing strategies for paid social media advertising for Canadian social pages.

 • With assistance of digital team and other key stakeholders, this role will create digital-first strategies for priorities and brand launches.

• Lead teams in crafting digital and social strategies for target audiences, including platforms, audiences, experiences and partnerships;

 • Identify key objectives, measurement tools and frameworks to ensure tactics are measured effectively and campaigns are optimized;

 • Through remarkable presentations you will be able to push the boundaries and get buy-in from of our Marketing, Sales and Educations teams by presenting disruptive technologies that build enthusiasm and innovation for the business.

 • Manage research activities and employ a variety of research techniques to analyze online data, the competitive landscape, the media environment, cultural trends and industry activities to build meaningful insights;

 • Identify, cultivate and maintain meaningful relationships with a broad spectrum of influencers across YouTube, Instagram and other relevant platforms

 • Assist in identifying like-minded entities for brand partnerships and collaborations

 • Manage participation in influencer events (e.g., Generation Beauty, BeautyCon) and influencer-curated boxes (e.g.,ipsy, Birchbox, BeautyCon)
