Hiring a Contract Warehouse Operations Operator 
Duration: 6 months Assignment 
Client Location:  Oceanside, CA
Work Schedule:  Monday - Friday / 40 Hours Weekly
Pay Rate:  $12.50 Hourly

Ideal candidate would be someone with a manufacturing background, someone who is skilled with hand tools, worked in a fast paced and physically demanding environment.


Description: Disassembly of Large Equipment and Bench Work

Duties and Responsibilities:
• Remove parts as needed using hand tools (Elect. Screw Guns, Handheld Manual Tools)
• Check reclaimed parts for accuracy to work instructions
• Testing, Cleaning, Inspecting, Sorting, Boxing, Palletizing, Wrapping.
• Use manual Pallet Jack
• Keep an organized and clean work area
• Perform other general duties as assigned



Job Requirements:
• Long periods of standing, kneeling, stooping, bending, squatting, pushing and pulling
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Able to function in a fast paced environment
• Ability to follow written (MBI / SOP/ WI) and verbal instructions
• Reliable transportation to and from work
• Steel Toe Shoes / Boots
• Use of PPE (provided)



High school diploma or equivalent. Zero (0) to one (1) year warehouse experience or related experience and/or training.

Effective communication skills at a level co-workers and Team Lead/Supervisor can understand. Ability to read, write, interpret and comprehend documents written in English and perform basic math calculations.
Ability to perform/operate in a metrics-driven environment. General computer skills. Physical Demand � The physical demands described are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. The job can require lifting and/or moving over 50 lbs. The position will have exposure to work near moving mechanical parts, extreme weather conditions and vibration. Occasionally the position will have exposure to work in high, precarious places and fumes/airborne particles.
