 Infrastructure Specialist (IT Specialist)
On-Board PMO is looking for a skilled and experienced IT Infrastructure Specialist in Parkersburg, WV area.
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 1st shift, ability to support 24x7 operations and shutdown/startup event (on call as needed)
Compensation: $70,000-75,000 annually
Benefits: Complete Benefits Package available after 60 days of employment
Location: Washington, WV

Job Description:
Infrastructure specialist is responsible for overseeing and maintaining critical manufacturing IT systems, services and environments including but not limited to servers, workstations and networks.

  • Delivering End to End Services
  • Managing IT solutions and services
  • Analyzing the computer and communications system to identify any components that could be altered to better suit the company's needs
  • Installing and managing new parts, systems or software programs
  • Continuing maintenance, from troubleshooting user errors to upgrading programs to monitoring security measures
  • Managing vendors and support teams during the IT initiatives
  • In charge of Purchasing Financial Report for the IT programs
  • Supporting hardware and software
  • Supporting LAN, WAN and RF networks
  • Leading security initiatives
  • Must be comfortable being on call (24X7 support)
  • Bachelor's Degree in IT or related field
  • Experience in IT support: at least 5 years
  • Experience with LAN, WAN, RF networks
  • Experience with LIMs, AspenTech InfoPlus.21 and CIM-IO, etc.
  • Experience with Microsoft Windows Server and Workstation
  • Strong Leadership Skills
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
