• Good hand and eye coordination and manual dexterity.
• Able to follow verbal and written instructions and consistently demonstrate compliance.
• Asks questions when unclear of direction or instructions.
• Able to communicate with team members in a positive manner.
• Able to work independently as well as alongside team members. • Able to visually inspect products and components for defects.
• Basic computer literacy.

Experience/Education:
• Experience in a manufacturing environment not necessary, but preferred
• High School Diploma or GED required. Physical Work Conditions Demands
• Standing for long periods of time
• Wearing personal protective equipment for long periods of time, including the use of a face mask while in the cleanroom environment
• Some lifting, not to exceed 50 lbs.

Work Schedule Must be able to work in a three shift environment (A, B, C), including weekends based on business needs. No exceptions. 

Responsibilities: 
Summary: Uses computer controlled equipment and manual processes to manufacture and package components for medical diagnostics products. Conducts basic quality inspections and appropriately disposes hazardous waste.

Responsibilities: • Understand and comply with Quality System requirements.
• Adhere to all Company policies and procedures, including quality, safety and others
• Prepare, set-up and assemble components needed for production
• Operate equipment for the assembly and processing required to produce finished products
• Complete assignments in a timely fashion, staying on task, minimize interruptions of work.
• Package and/or prepare all products per procedures
• Maintain high standards for quality and workmanship of the products
• Participate in periodic cleaning activities
• Assist team members.
• Process paperwork accurately and neatly.
• Maintain a clean, neat and organized work space.
• Report to work on time, including returning from breaks and lunch periods.
• Be helpful and encouraging.
• Any other duties assigned. 

Pay Rate: $15.00 per hour
