Hiring Contract Administrative Assistant 
Duration: 2 Month Assignment
Client Location: Fortune 500 Client in  
Philadelphia, PA 19112. Please note that the this position may have to start in Wilmington, DE, and then move to Philadephia, PA 

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday 8 AA to 5 PM
Pay Rate: $ 16 to $18 per hour

Performs a variety of administrative duties. Supports one or more members of management and/or staff in a business or functional unit. Work generally requires knowledge of company and/or business/functional practices, policies, programs and/or product line. Resolves routine and non-routine inquiries. Administrative responsibilities include calendaring, document preparation and management, correspondence, travel arrangements, and meeting/travel coordination. Maintains confidentiality. 

  • Coordinate calendars, meetings, travel and expense reports
  • Assist with presentation materials, information, etc. for supported Leaders
  • Coordinate with other leaders on a variety of tasks, projects and priorities
  • Responsible for standard administrative processes and needs
  • Schedule and organize team building activities
