Shift: 2nd Shift (4pm - 2:30am) MUST BE FLEXIABLE
Monday- Thursday On Wednesday's there will be an announcement/ Posting made for additional working days/ hours where OT or additional days will be required. Sometimes these shifts are Mandatory- other times it's optional.
Depending on holiday schedules and business needs there may be opportunity to work 1st shift on occasion or Sunday's during holiday's.
Please do NOT submit the same candidates to Peg Moore's position(s)- this is the same job/ different shift- unless the candidate wants to be considered for either shift.
Interview process: looking to interview in groups of 5-6. This process will include a group tour approx 30-45 long. Then ea. candidate will be interviews individually 1 on 1 with the HM and the group leader.
Total time from start to finish including tour and interview will take approx 2 hrs (depending on where the candidate is in line to be interviewed).
1st two (2) weeks or so the ideal candidate would be working in the packing room. During that time the ideal candidate will be going through validation to work in the Field/ Clean room. Validation includes how to properly put on a clean gown and samples will be taken from 3 different areas of the gown to ensure cleanness and proper procedures have been taken

Performs production assignments that are moderately complex in nature. Uses independent
judgment to plan, perform, make decisions, troubleshoot and problem solve in areas of set-up,
operation and processes. Receives little instructions on routine work; general instructions on new
assignments. Analyzes and evaluates charts and follows testing and inspection procedures.
Mechanical aptitude required to control machine operations including minor equipment repairs and
identifying and resolving equipment problems. Maintains accurate records and logs in accordance
with FDA (Food and Drug Administration), GMPs (Good Manufacturing Practices) and ISO9000
(International Organization for Standardization). Effectively works in a team setting, supporting
team goals and objectives. Makes effective decisions relative to position requirements.Must be
able to read, write, analyze/evaluate charts, follow simple diagrams, and follow testing and
inspection procedures. Must maintain, accurate and complete records and logs and use calibration
equipment and machine operations.Mechanical aptitude is required and used to control machine
operations including minor equipment repair, identification of problems, and correcting
problems.Must be able to focus continuous attention to detail operations requiring some
diversification approach to fairly routine processes.Basic proficiency with PCs (Personal
Computers) and basic use of a Windows environment is required. Must be able to lift/move 1-5 lbs.
over 70% of the time and lift/move 5-25 lbs. 40% – 70 % of the time. Standing for long periods of
time.Maintains a neat, organized and clean work area. Works with and coordinates with other shifts
to maintain sufficient and correct amount of sterilized equipment and proper condition of work area.
Works overtime as needed. Performs other duties as operations require.Uses judgment to plan,
performs, and makes decisions concerning set-up, operations and processes. Troubleshoots and
problem solves regarding areas of set-up, operation and process.Follows safety rules and
regulations per company policies. Performs other duties as operation requires or as directedMust
be able to work 2nd shift from 4 pm- 2:30 am

Performs routine production functions including filling, utility operations, packing, packaging, assembling, labeling and inspecting under general supervision. Maintains accurate records and
logs in accordance with FDA (Food and Drug Administration), GMPs (Good Manufacturing Practices) and ISO9000 (International Organization for Standardization). Effectively works in a team setting, supporting team goals and objectives. Makes effective decisions relative to position requirements. Must follow instructions and work within routine, standard practices, making decisions as required. Works under direct supervision, following standard operating procedures. High school diploma or equivalent. Develops skills in basic tasks, techniques and procedures within one skill area / process / method. Applies basic knowledge and skills to complete routine tasks consisting of prescribed steps. Effective communication skills at a level co-workers and Team Lead/Supervisor can understand. Ability to read, write, interpret and comprehend specifications written in English and perform basic math calculations. Must be able to work flexible and/or extended hours and report to work on a regular, punctual basis. Ability to get along with people and be able to work in a team environment. Willingness to rotate into different tasks and responsibilities.
