The company: 
Our client is an in vitro diagnostics company that makes products and diagnostic equipment for blood testing. They serve two primary industries in the medical field: clinical laboratories, by producing platforms and assays that test for a variety of diseases, conditions, and substances; and immunohematology, by providing the means to ensure blood transfusion recipients receive appropriate and compatible blood.

Positions at this level are typically mid-level professionals and scientists who have the skill and experience to develop appropriate protocols for conducting analysis. Positions are typically team members with responsibility for delivering components of a larger process, and may provide work instruction or supervision to lower-level positions performing well-defined activities. • Specialized knowledge level • Requires a basic understanding and application of theoretical or scientific discipline – including the underlying principles involved, as opposed to practices (e.g. chemistry) • Positions at this level are individual contributors and team members • Typically requires 1-3 years of industry experience with BS or an MS degree. 

• May develop procedures and processes within broader protocols • Conducts or manages research, analysis or processes within a larger R&D activity • May develop and implement standards for reporting and operations • Ensures completion of activities within compliance and on-time • May identity and implement process level efficiencies • May be responsible for operating within a budget. • May be responsible for managing a routing process • Under general supervision, within guidelines, has flexibility as to method, priority and timi ng of job duties 

Pay Rate: $28.50 per hour
