Schedule: 9:00AM - 6:00PM, Monday - Friday

Responsibilities:
  • Curates the best digital content and platforms through a team of collaborative, easy-to-work with mobile experts. Our goal is to help our partners engage with high-value audiences by handpicking the very best digital experiences. This role will lead proposals efforts from kickoff-meeting through development and execution; ensuring the strategies presented deliver on specific campaign. Additionally, the RFP/Proposal Writer will work closely with the CODE marketing team to support the creation of other materials such as company wide e-mail updates, campaign case studies, and more. The ideal candidate has previous experience with mobile, able to work on a cross-functional team, thrive under ambiguous circumstances, and adapt quickly.
Requirements:
  • Respond to and manage in-bound client RFPs programs that speak to a range of business opportunities
  • Leverage suite of offerings to make high-level, tactical recommendations for clients
  • Communicate effectively with internal team throughout the RFP process -- from pre-sale pitches to concept revisions
  • Participate in creative brainstorms, write compelling pitch copy, and collaborate across multiple teams to generate marketing materials
  • Utilize research to inform proposals and develop innovative digital strategies
  • Support marketing team for client and agency meetings
  • Stay up-to-date on the constantly evolving digital media and branded content landscape
Qualifications:
  • 5+ years working in brand marketing, advertising, media or client strategy
  • Impressive writing, communication, and presentation skills with rigorous attention to detail 
  • Demonstrated ability to juggle competing deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience developing marketing strategies with ability to create sales collateral to effectively position opportunities
  • Familiar with ad tech products and KPI solution selling
  • Experience with research tools including comScore and Simmons
  • Fluent in Keynote and PowerPoint
  • Familiar with Adobe Photoshop
