Position: Federal Portfolio Specialist
Location: San Diego, CA 92130
Contract Term: 1 Year
Pay Rate: $28.00/hour
Schedule: 40 Hours/Week
Screenings: Background and drug screening prior to start date

Responsibilities:
  • Manage Federal Accounts - including but not limited to: account reconciliations, annual contract renewals, invoicing, collections, and customer support.
Qualificaitons:
  • Highly analytical.

  • Able to manage timelines vs work
  • Customer communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Government Experience considered a plus◦PO/Contract knowledge
  • Experience with WAWF, Tungsten(OB10)
  • Complex Financial Analysis and deal modeling.

Tasks to complete:
  • Coordinate and collaborate with current PS and CS
  • Responsible for accurate 1st new invoice(s)◦Coordinate TBDA calls
  • Run BI Queries
  • Following IToQ SWI to: Locate Sold To’s and appropriate date ranges, Run Report in BI, Populate Template, Organize template
  • Interpret IToQ Report to understand Project , Transactions & Timing
  • Correct mistakes
  • Incorrect terminations
  • TBDA’s
  • PO Changes
  • Input errors on contract
  • Location updates
  • Cost Center Field
  • Identify incorrect cancellations
  • CSO’s
  • Put on dispute until RMA’d
  • Change Contract status
  • Open/BNL/NGL
  • Work with customer to verify tax status and documentation
  • Confirm who receives invoices
  • Confirm delivery method (Email or mail)
  • Coordinate incentive credit tied to the Contract & Implementation
  • Manage Invoices 1 through 5
