Responsibilities:
Responsibilities:
• Work with end users to provision and setup new devices
 • Provide 2nd level support and escalation to 3rd level for end users who require assistance with device registration with the  MDM server.
• Schedule and Troubleshoot one on one with “C” level executives.
• Create documentation for other helpdesk members to support devices
 • Create documentation for Apps for users if needed
 • Provide training to end users and other techs in using mobile devices
 • Provide moves, adds, and changes support • Support Bluetooth Connections




Qualifications:
• Excellent Communication Skills.
• Extensive experience with all varieties of mobile phones and platforms
• Extensive experience with iPads
 • Work experience in an enterprise setting with multiple users at various levels
 • Good writing skills
• Good organizational skills
• Strong team player and ability to engage in multiple tasks
 
 Preferred Skills:
• Mobility background
• High level understanding of provisioning, programming, management and support of iOS, Android, and Windows Mobile devices.
 • High level Knowledge of MDM solutions
