DO I QUALIFY?
Associate’s Degree or higher required. Experience: Minimum of two (2) years successful, “hands-on”, legal role in a law firm or corporate law department. Prior customer service experience preferred. Skills: Significant computer, Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel and SharePoint), and telephone knowledge needed.

 WHAT WILL YOU DO?
Provides legal support to company and retained attorneys on compliance investigation and litigation. Responsible for various projects assigned by the Chief Litigation and Chief Compliance Counsel and the Litigation Manager, including but not limited to discovery assistance and miscellaneous administrative tasks. Able to prioritize and meet project/case deadlines.
 
Responsibilities & Qualifications:
1. Communicate with customers and personnel located throughout North America in order to investigate concerns with sales practices and record statement;
2. Coordinate with other departments to disseminate safety tips and raise awareness of customer concerns with sales practices;
3. Perform and provide research on customer concerns with sales practices;
4. Assist in collecting and entering data to support ongoing litigation, possibly interviewing potential witnesses, and drafting legal documents;
5. Assist in investigations involving privacy and other compliance issues.
6. Assist the Chief Litigation and Chief Compliance Counsel with legal matters related to a range of corporate legal issues.
7. Participates in and conducts other duties as assigned.
