Location: El Segundo, CA
Contract term: 3 Months (Contract to Hire)
Schedule: 8:00AM - 5:00PM, Monday - Friday
Pay Rate: $18.00 - $21.00/hour
Screenings: Background and drug screenings prior to start date

Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for the administration and enforcement of the Corporate Card Program.
  • Receives and distributes new corporate credit cards; explains policies and procedures.
  • Provides customer support to card users; enforces the C-card policies, practices & procedures.
  • Troubleshoots problems and acts as a point-of-contact for all program inquiries, problems, suggestions, and for the issuing institution(s).
  • Monitors and evaluates monthly transactions to ensure compliance with policy and reports any violations.
  • Compiles and submits applicable program statistics and reports as directed.
  • Maintains cardholder files; completes and maintains orderly lists of active participants; utilizes the online banking system(s) to make participant changes, updates, cancellations; ensures that all terminated employee C-cards are cancelled.
  • Other duties may be assigned.
  • No formal supervisory responsibilities in this position.
  • Decisions made with general understanding of procedures and company policies to achieve set results and deadlines.
  • Errors in judgment may cause short-term impact to co-workers and supervisor.
Qualifications:
  • Associate in Business Administration Degree preferred.
  • A minimum of two (2) years of related experience and/or training (corporate treasury or commercial banking operations preferred).
  • Ability to comprehend and interpret instructions, short correspondence, and memos and ask clarifying questions to ensure understanding.
  • Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
  • Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from clients, co-workers, and/or supervisor.
  • Ability to effectively present information to an internal department and/or large groups of employees.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Requires basic knowledge of financial terms and principles.
  • Ability to calculate simple figures such as percentages.
  • Ability to understand and carry out general instructions in standard situations.
  • Ability to solve problems in standard situations.
  • Requires basic analytical skills.
