Flex Press Helper
The Flexo Press Helper position in the Label Department is responsible for assisting the Flexo Operators, rewinding rolls and learning the operation of Flexo presses.
Job Location:  Salt Lake City Utah
Duration: 1 year contract position
On-Board Services, a Family-Owned U.S. Based Professional Staffing and Search Firm, is assisting  a  Global leader of innovations  with a search for a Flex press Helper.

The On-Board Family of Companies conducts operations through its Corporate Headquarters located in East Windsor, New Jersey along with Regional Offices in New Castle, Delaware, and Raleigh, North Carolina. 

Required Education:  High School Diploma or equivalent
1-year experience working on multi color Flexo presses, or proven ability (in-house) to be competent with the operations on the Flexo Press.
• Must wear all required PPE for the task being performed. Safety glasses, ear plugs, gloves, face shield and apron. Job Skills:

• Learn to operate and perform change over’s on Flexo Printing Presses safely and efficiently. Run press in absence of operator.
• Assist operator with change over’s on Flexo Printing Presses.
• Gathering / Rewinding and packaging of finished product.
• Follow all Company OEE expectations, Schedule Attainment, Quality Control Procedures, and Department Cost expectations
• Maintain accurate and proper documentation of production reporting and procedures as well as our Manufacturing Operations Software.
• Assist with preventative maintenance & maintain good housekeeping practices including 5s.
• Communicate needed Die repairs, Plate repairs, or other equipment repairs as encountered.
• Training other personnel.
