On-Board Services, a Family-Owned U.S. Based Professional Staffing and Search Firm, is assisting one of the largest Broadcasting/Media/Entertainment Companies with a Legal Administrative Assistant (Experience working in Legal, media, broadcasting, & entertainment a must)

The Legal Administrative Assistant will support the Senior Executive and team. Must have prior experience to be considered.


Duration: 12 Months
Client Location: NYC, NY 10020
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm
Pay Rate: up to $25 per hour

Responsibilities: • Supports 4-person business and legal affairs department of a newly-launched children’s television network. • Provides clerical duties and general administrative support such as answering telephones, taking messages and acting as the administrative hub for the department. • Manages travel and expenses for executives with busy travel schedules. • Coordinates the gathering and distribution of relevant information between the business and legal affairs department and the rest of the network, other departments within NBCUniversal, and external players such as attorneys, agents and other representatives. • Assists the team in establishing, and implementing processes and management systems in the department. • Supports the team in the preparation of short form contracts, such as NDAs, by creating and modifying electronic versions of such contracts based on established forms at the direction of the team. • Supports and assists in the creation, updates and distributes of contract status reports and other informational logs under the supervision of the team; maintains contract files, document control, and retention of files.

Qualifications: • 3-5 Years. • Excellent organizational, communications, and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work in a fast-paced and evolving environment. • Highly motivated, detail-oriented team player. • Ability to work independently under deadlines. • Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
