"What will I do in this Corporate Recruiter Job? "
As a Corporate Recruiter you will work FAST to build relationships with candidates in minutes and days, rather than weeks and months. This position is better suited for a Recruiter with a more assertive and competitive mindset. Your assigned portfolio will expect you to deliver qualified talent for their needs typically within 1-5 Business Days. So you have to be quick but still maintain high standards for meeting our client's tight timeline expectations as often as possible with the best talent available in the market. You will need to be a good listener and proactive to ask good questions to our clients in order to discern the top skills preferences of their hiring managers' requests and then use good judgement to align candidates with those skills accordingly. You will need to be a master with managing your email inbox as you frequently communicate with prospective candidates, follow-up consistently and courteously with your client points of contacts, and communicate internally with other On-Board departments.
You will be doing "Full-Cycle Recruiting” in this position. That means you are responsible to manage the entire life cycle of the hiring process. Therefore, not only will you write job advertisements, post ads to online job boards, use online resources and online networking to find other candidates, then screen the candidates and present them to our clients, and advocate on their behalves....but you will also schedule their interviews, prepare them for their interviews and keep them well informed during the process, and send out their Job Offer Letters, and send them their new hire paperwork, and coordinate with our Corporate HR Team to help them complete their paperwork, and send them their 1st day instructions.
